You have heard the names Justin and Bre in the past on the blog as they have even been featured in their own blog post for a past couple’s shoot.
I know Bre through Justin and actually did not meet her until after I had left the high school we shared. Since then, we have slowly grown to be good friends. She is actually one of my closest friends and we have shared a lot of fun times together. I will spare you the stories…She is a great listener…I know this because I talk a lot and is one of the most down to earth people I know.
I have known Justin since I was fourteen years old when we met the first month of high school. While we do not talk or see each other as much as either of us would like, we have been able to remain friends for over half of our lives and I am very proud of that fact. When I do get to see him, I know I am in for a few good laughs. He has seen me through a lot of the best times and worst times in my life and I couldn’t ask for a better man for my friend Bre.
While I am not able to photograph their upcoming 2016 wedding due to being a bridesmaid (woo hoo!!), I am extremely proud they asked me to photograph their engagement!!
Due to some weather issues, work schedules and it being summer, we had to postpone the shoot a couple times and despite having to deal with an overcast day on Labour Day weekend at a crowded beach location in Toronto, we managed to get some beautiful shots!!
Help me in congratulating two of my best friends as they start the next step in their lives together. Again, I couldn’t have asked for better friends and I am truly honoured to share their day with them. I can’t wait for their wedding and to perform the choreographed dance to “Backstreet’s Back”.
